OUR

Philosophy

We believe that clarity is key to living a fulfilling life—especially when it comes to relationships. Our philosophy revolves around creating space for reflection, self-awareness, and understanding, because we know that in the chaos and pace of our daily lives, it’s easy to lose track of what truly matters.

Journaling is at the core of our approach. It provides a moment of calm, a chance to understand your thoughts and emotions, and a way to build the clarity needed to navigate your friendships with intention. By slowing down and making space for yourself, you can uncover deeper truths about what you need and want from your relationships.

Our focus is on bringing tools that help you develop relationships, the area where everyone assues we know how to navigate, but never actually taught us! We strive to provide not only a guide but a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, find clarity, and take action in your friendships.

OUR

Founders

We are Oliwia and Weronika—two best friends who connected over emojis on a work Slack channel and quickly discovered how powerful a true, deep friendship could be. Despite our differences—one of us a bit of a lone wolf, and the other constantly feeling like they weren’t giving enough to their friendships—we shared a longing for richer, more meaningful relationships.

Our bond, which began just a few short years ago, grew into something that feels like it’s been a lifetime in the making. Together, we embarked on a journey of self-discovery and relationship-building, inspired by the amazing friends we’ve made around the world—from Tanzania to Brazil, Sweden to China. Along the way, we uncovered the challenges many people face in creating fulfilling friendships, which led us to create something that didn’t exist—a tool to help others build the kind of relationships we’ve found in each other.

Thus, the Friendship Journal was born—a practical, hands-on guide rooted in our own personal experiences, struggles, and lessons learned from people across the globe. Our goal is simple: we want everyone to experience the joy of deep, meaningful friendships, and we’re excited to share what we’ve learned to help make that possible for you.

OUR

Mission

Our mission is simple: to help people build fulfilling, meaningful friendships that enhance their quality of life. We want to provide the tools and guidance to make it easier to find, nurture, and appreciate friendships that make people feel seen, valued, and understood.

We know that friendships play a critical role in mental health, happiness, and overall well-being, and we want to ensure that no one feels alone or disconnected. Whether it’s helping people strengthen existing friendships or guiding them in finding new connections, our mission is to empower everyone to create and maintain the friendships that bring joy and fulfillment into their lives.

Through the Friendship Journal, we aim to offer practical, engaging tools that make building relationships feel natural, fun, and accessible. We’re passionate about making sure everyone has the support they need to form deep, lasting connections that truly matter.
